At Windsor Racing, we believe performance—not gender—defines success. Based in West Lafayette, Indiana, at Purdue University, we are a student-led racing team from diverse academic backgrounds, united by a passion for innovation, competition, and developing the next generation of engineers and motorsport professionals.

Our journey began with a shared vision: to create a platform that empowers women to excel in a hands-on, technical environment. Since our founding in 2017, we have grown from humble beginnings into a supportive and inclusive space for skill development, teamwork, and perseverance.

Each year, our season culminates at the Purdue Grand Prix. This race is one of the longest-standing collegiate motorsports traditions in the United States. The event brings together students, alumni, industry professionals, major media outlets, and thousands of spectators excited to see the 'Greatest Spectacle in College Racing.' In 2023 and 2025, we earned our spot on the starting grid as the only all-women team in a highly competitive field of over 75 teams. In 2024, we were honored with the Carol Becker Spirit of Competition Award, recognizing our relentless spirit and determination. These achievements reflect the resilience, teamwork, and passion that drives us forward every season.
